"Quite good on its own but not a real revamped."
First off, for not to start with criticism: That game is good, way better than most of what you get every day on NG. But every game that is named Ball Revamped will have to compete with the other parts of the series... And so:
I have to agree with michaelas10, the collosion detection is quite bad and a reason why I stopped playing. The levels are okay but a little repetetitive, some might even be boring. You say you're not an AS pro - me neither. And you say you can't edit the levels due to lack of RAM. So what? The collosion detection still is buggy and the levels still are not the best. The reason for that doesn't really matter.
Because when you put a game up on NG you have to be prepared to face reviews. And while they have to be fair, they can also be negative. Take it as a suggestion on what to improve in your games not as a personal attack.
Now enough of the negative aspects, all in all the game is quite good. All the better when taking into account you probably haven't spent much time on flash game creation so far. Keep on doing flash and if you ever do a revamped: duo part 2 it will probably really good.

There will not be a BRD II.

This was really good, quite like Maniac Mansion and the such. Funny also. Riddles weren't too easy but always solveable nothing freaky illogical.
Only downside was that sometimes it was a little hard to steer the guy. Especially in the kitchen, it should be possible to have him simple walk everywhere with one click. But then I guess this maybe isn't as easy coded as said.

Quite a nice game, but since asked what could be added in a future version: extras! Like let the player get different weapons, or power-ups and the such. Maybe even bad extras, like the enemies getting bigger or something.
Really nice'd be a points-system that allows you to upgrade your ship after each level by trading in points. You could make your ship faster, get better weapons (maybe even w different characteristics like speed of bullet, power, firing rate).
If you add enough different power-ups the player can collect in the level like shinking/growing enemies and this buy-better-ship&weapons after each level thing, the game could get really great.

Good idea with that steady tone of her voice and the things she said. Especially that don't care song did sound great in that emotionless voice.
And I liked that the ending not turned out as expected with the guy chrashing somewhere but otherwise.

I thought ads in a flash were forbidden at NG?
Despite this annoying banner, nice game though there are too few extras. So eeach level is more or less the same.

Very nice graphics and overall gameplay, I also liked the different endings.
Could be much longer, true. But I think making such a game takes quite some time and making a longer version is too time consuming for a hobby.

The game looks like never really thought about a story. It's more or less totally random "find a password and the spot to enter it" action.
You could as well have called it "Nightmare with spiders" and it'd have even fitted a little better.
Gfx and gameplay are nice, but the story sucks.

I really like this game, so the few things I mention here that I don't like aren't too important. Anyway:
The movement of the guy is a bit un-smooth. I.e. when he lands after a jump you cannot start running seamlessly but there is a short delay. Nothing too serious, but would be nicer without.
Also the intra-level animations (the guy running/dieing) really suck after a while when you have to repeat a level for the x-th time and have to wait for the guy to run along the screen preferably followed by an insect. Being able to skip this with Enter would be very nice.
And the sound is maybe somewhat annoying after a while, on the other hand it has to be like that for the retro-feeling, so forget about that.
Other than that I really enjoyed the game, in fact I played it twice and currently a third time. :)

I really like this kind of game and your's was quite well done, but what I didn't like was that the keys didn't have any effect on the song. The song should lack some parts (like drums or something) and only if you press the right key it is played.
Here's an example of what I mean:

Thanks for the review.
Yeah, I originally wanted to layer the audio but I don't have the skills to make my own music and the kind of music I wanted to use was very hard to come by, and the artists of the ones I used had no contact information to possibly get a layered version from them. Also as I was working to a deadline (made the game in quite a short period of time) I just had to go with what I had. =)

I know this is probably quite hard to implement, but this game needs a computer player. Other than that, quite nice.
